When I install PanelMate Power Pro software I get the following problems. I'm running XP on a Dell Latitude D820.
After installation you are instructed to restart your pc. After I restart my pc, I try to run this application. I get the following error;'C:PMCONFIGPMCONFIG.EXE
The specified path does not exist.
Check the path, and then try again.'
I can see the program and the .exe program in my files. If I tell the short cut to find source, it finds it. This program also doesn't show-up in my control panel to add/remove programs.
Now for the kicker. If I install the program and don't restart my pc it will run. I still get the error message, but it runs. That is until I restart my pc.
I have the software on 4 other Dell pc's and it runs great.
Anyone every see this problem before?
